Getting Started

Introduction to wallmarkets

wallmarkets is a comprehensive platform designed to help businesses manage their logistics operations efficiently. From tracking deliveries to handling returns and managing inventory, our platform provides all the tools you need to streamline your supply chain.

System Requirements

wallmarkets is a web-based application that works on all modern browsers. For the best experience, we recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.

Creating Your Account

To get started with wallmarkets, you need to create an account. Visit our registration page and fill in your details. Once your account is created, you can log in and start setting up your logistics operations.

Dashboard Overview

After logging in, you'll be taken to your dashboard. This is your central hub for managing all aspects of your logistics operations. From here, you can access deliveries, returns, products, supermarkets, and reports.

Deliveries

Creating a Delivery

To create a new delivery, navigate to the Deliveries section and click on "New Delivery". Fill in the required information including products, quantities, and destination details.

Tracking Deliveries

You can track the status of your deliveries in real-time. Each delivery has a status indicator showing whether it's pending, in transit, delivered, or has an issue.

Delivery Reports

Generate detailed reports on your deliveries to analyze performance, identify trends, and optimize your logistics operations.

Returns

Processing Returns

To process a return, go to the Returns section and click "New Return". Select the original delivery, specify the products being returned and the reason for the return.

Return Reason Tracking

Track the reasons for returns to identify patterns and address issues with specific products or delivery processes.

Return Analytics

Analyze return data to understand return rates, common reasons, and the financial impact of returns on your business.

Products

Managing Your Product Catalog

Add, edit, and organize your products in the Products section. Include details such as name, description, price, and inventory levels.

Product Categories

Organize your products into categories for easier management and reporting.

Inventory Tracking

Keep track of your inventory levels and receive alerts when stock is running low.
